Lawns Trees and Hedges has been managing the gardening work at several of our properties, principally in Nottingham and Mansfield for about a year. I would say that we are very happy with his work on the following basis:

• His prices are fair and he sticks to them even if extra work is involved
• His work is of a high standard whether it be tree lopping pruning paving or mowing
• If he finds other major work that needs doing he will notify you with a price and an idea of urgency.  We do not have the capacity to survey gardens sufficiently before the contractor moves in.
• He is diplomatic with our tenants who as adults with Learning Difficulties can be demanding, vulnerable even challenging and can fantasize.  He can be trusted around them and their Support Staff, and seems to have a genuine interest in our work.  He is always acompanied by 1 or 2 others, which ensures that any incidents, should they occur, are witnessed
• If any problem does arise. he is likely to be the first to mention it
• He is clear about his lines of responsibility, and will ask if he is confused - eg if a contrary instruction is given by Support Staff or even a Regional Manager

For all the above I feel we are lucky to have him as an excellent contractor to fit our needs in a Social Housing set-up.
